What is The Center for Healing Arts?
The Center for Healing Arts is an institute that produces films featuring remarkable spiritual teachers and healers. Our purpose is to help you enhance your practice, spiritual, mental and physical well-being.
In service of that goal, we have made these filmed teachings sessions available as a DVD subscription series.

Please explain how The Center for Healing Arts’ DVD sessions series program works.
The Center for Healing Arts offers you a series of in-depth sessions on DVD with master healers and spiritual teachers to help you progress with your practice, mental, physical and spiritual wellness.
As part of your registration, you receive a new full-length DVD session, featuring a different spiritual teacher or healer speaking about holistic health, delivered to your home, every two months.
In addition to the DVD sessions, you also gain access to our vibrant online community of wellness advocates, practitioners and seekers and a monthly newsletter to help support your journey and to keep you informed about holistic healing. Learn more
How do I register to receive the session series?

Can I order single DVDs?
No, we only sell our session DVDs as part of our subscription service at this time.
Can I purchase a gift subscription?
Yes., gift subscriptions are available.
Are there any long-term obligations to registration?
No, there are no long-term obligations to registering with The Center for Healing Arts. You can cancel your registration at any time, for any reason, no questions asked.
Will I need to return the DVDs after I have viewed them? [anchor]
No, you do not have to return the DVDs after you have viewed them. Instead, the DVDs are yours to keep and watch again and again or share with friends.
What if my DVD is unplayable or arrives damaged?
If the DVD you receive is unplayable or arrives damaged please inform us. We will send you a new one as soon as possible free of charge.

Yes, you can cancel your registration at any time, no questions asked. Simply contact us with your name and address and we will cancel your account. The DVDs you received prior to cancellation are of course, yours to keep.

Do you send a gift notification card to the person I’m giving the sessions to?
Yes, your friend will be sent a special gift card notifying them of your gift; welcoming them to the Center. It will tell them about your gift and the Center’s session series as well as give them a login password for the community forum.
Pricing and Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time.
Can I pay with a check or money order?
Unfortunately, no. We only accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards at this time.
How often will my account be charged?
Your credit card will be charged $24 USD for the first DVD now and then once every other month with each new DVD shipped. Canadian residents pay sales tax (GST and PST for Ontario residents) as part of their total charge. **No tax is charged to customers outside of Canada. Shipping and handling are free.

Will my registration/subscription auto-renew?
Yes, unless you choose to cancel our service, your registration will auto-renew on a bi-monthly (two months) cycle.
Is my billing and credit card information safe?
Your security is of primary importance to us. Your credit card information is encrypted and sent to secure bank servers for processing. As an additional security measure, we use SSL technology to secure your credit card information. Please view our policies page [link to Policies page] for more information.
I have changed my credit card/bank card or changed my credit card billing address. How can I ensure that I will still receive my DVDs?
To ensure that you continue to receive your session DVDs, please inform us of any changes to your credit card or billing address.
I’d like to send this as a gift to more than one person, how do I do that?
Submit and Finish with the first order. Then simply and easily do the same again. It ensures your gift info. and shipping is kept straight. Some members enjoy giving several gift subscriptions.
Shipping
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is free it is included in our registration price. There are no additional shipping and handling charges.
How often do you ship out DVDs?
We ship out all of our DVDs, as part of a single mass mailing, every two months.
How long will it take for me to receive my session DVDs?
All of our DVDs are shipped out on the same date every two months.
How soon you receive your first DVD after placing your order will depend on the proximity of your order date to a DVD shipping date. If you ordered after the scheduled shipping date for that month, your order will ship out to you with the next scheduled shipment. From then on you will receive your DVDs at approximately the same time every other month.
You pay for only as many DVDs as are shipped. Please notify us if you do not receive your DVD.
Where is your distribution center located?
Our distribution center is located in Ontario, Canada.

We ship globally. Also, please note that our mailings utilize standard postal mail so please be aware of estimated shipping arrival times.

Forum and Community
Why is the forum not public like most other forums on the net?
When one goes to a retreat, seminar, or has an individual session, one is with one or more people whom have taken the time and effort to come to that place. With that, there is a feeling of intimacy that is achieved by being together in that time and at that place - this is the same thing – It allows members to interact in a relaxed open way (something they may not feel free doing on a world wide open web forum).
We envision the forum as being a special place for sharing, hope, dreams, harmony, beauty; and creativity, a place for finding and sharing your own voice. As well as being a real place of support for both individuals and the healing arts community as a whole. It is also a place where people can offer solutions and insights for our shared environmental concerns.
The forum can also act as a go to place in times of national or international emergency – your safe place for contact and collaboration with like minded souls.
When I order, how soon can I get on the forum?
When your order is submitted you’ll be entered immediately as a forum member - we’ll send you a login password right away, so you can participate as soon as you wish.
Is the forum moderated?
Yes, we have great moderators and also have special guest moderators from time to time. We hope you’ll be pleasantly surprised and if you’re really into it, talk to us about becoming an associate moderator.
What features does the forum have on it?
It’s designed with you in mind; and is simple to use. Firstly, you will be able to participate with the other members in a variety of ways – you can respond to a post or you can post your own thought or question for others to interact with. We use VBulletin which is feature rich. My favorite is the on/off button that allows you to have instant email notification to any thread or post you’re particularly interested in. The forum is a place just for you. There will also be plenty of opportunities available to give feed back to the center with our various quick response poles asking you how we are filling your needs and how we can serve you better.
I want to build a community of like minded people are the DVDs good for doing that?
The wide range of guest practitioners and modalities is particularly suited for that and ensure a heartfelt and stimulated get together.
Are having friends and family over to watch these with me a good way to build my own healing arts community?
Yes, most definitely. A circle of friends that love and accept one another can be a most special thing. Any efforts in that direction are always to be applauded.
I want to send this as a gift to someone I care for, how does that work?
People know you care when you send this special gift. It may be to; support someone who is on their own wellness journey, as a way of encouraging a get together, a way of supporting your friend’s opening too new possibilities, to have something common to talk about, acknowledging lifestyle or profession direction changes, supporting those in far off places or those who aren’t sure where to start, for those who long for a depth of experience, for planting the seeds of wellness in your circle or very simply because it’s a unique gift that keeps on giving.
Just go to our gift subscribe page. Enter in the name and address of who you want the gift to go to in the “shipping address” box and your own information in the “Your billing address” box. It’s that simple. We’ll send your friend a special gift card, notifying them of your gift. The DVD sessions will automatically go to the gift recipient’s home. They will be able to participate in the community forum and be entitled to all the privileges of our regular membership. The subscription to the sessions series will show up on your credit card. You or your friend can cancel at any time.
Are the DVDs a substitute for standard medical advise?
No, absolutely not. One should always consult one’s doctor first with any ailment. Complimentary, alternative medicine, meditation, and the healing arts, round out the total health picture, in co-ordination with, standard medicine. It can be a beautiful thing when they work hand in hand but these DVDs are not intended as a substitute for standard medical advice nor as a substitute for one-on-one treatment and guidance from a qualified healing arts practitioner.
